Who Can Enter
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 or older. Wild Oak employees, individuals involved in administering the giveaways, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

Giveaway Dates and Entry Instructions
New giveaways will be announced throughout November. Each giveaway’s opening and closing dates, entry requirements, entry limits, and any bonus-entry opportunities will be provided on its official announcement or the Month of Giving page. All times are Central Time unless otherwise stated.

Complete the listed steps before the applicable deadline to enter. Each giveaway is separate, and entries do not carry over. Only the entry methods specifically listed for that giveaway will count. Incomplete, late, automated, or fraudulent entries are ineligible.

Prizes
Prizes, approximate retail values, the number of winners, and any applicable restrictions will be disclosed when each giveaway opens. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If a prize becomes unavailable, Wild Oak may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for each giveaway, subject to verification. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Announcement dates will be listed with each giveaway.

How Winners Are Contacted
Potential winners will be contacted only by support@wildoakboutique.com. Winners must respond within 48 hours and provide the information needed to verify eligibility and deliver their prize. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Wild Oak will never ask you to pay a fee, make a purchase, or provide your credit card information or account password to claim a prize.

General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these terms and the specific terms published for the giveaway you enter. Wild Oak may disqualify entries that violate these terms or involve tampering or fraud. If technical failures or circumstances beyond Wild Oak’s reasonable control prevent fair administration, the affected giveaway may be suspended, modified, or canceled as permitted by law.

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaways, contact winners, and deliver prizes in accordance with our Privacy Policy: [link]. Any email or text marketing signup will be disclosed separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from liability related to participation.
